Sarah Beaver Moran

Sarah Moran has been an immigration attorney with Goldstein & Associates since January 2014. She focuses her practice on family-based cases, as well as criminal or fraud/misrepresentation matters which require the filing of a waiver of inadmissibility. She has a great deal of experience with VAWA cases; asylum and withholding of removal matters; family-based hardship waivers, such as provisional waivers for unlawful presence; and U-Visas, which are available to those individuals who are the victims of certain crimes while in the United States and can assist law enforcement with investigations to bring the perpetrators to justice. Sarah also manages cases in federal appeals courts. While in law school, Sarah participated in the Immigration Law Clinic, gaining valuable hands-on experience with a variety of types of immigration cases for low-income individuals.
