David Kim is an experienced and well-respected international business specialist with particular expertise in business development. He attended a British preparatory school, Island School, in Hong Kong. Mr. Kim graduated from Cornell College with a degree in International Business, and worked as an editor for Reuters Wire Service.
Mr. Kim subsequently graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs with a Master’s degree in Public Policy Management with a concentration in Global Political Economy.
He speaks Chinese and Korean. Mr. Kim is a frequent traveler to Europe and Asia where he has far-reaching contacts in the international business community. He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal as an international business development specialist.
Recently Mr. Kim assisted the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh exhibit for the first time in Seoul, Korea at the Leeum, Samsung Museum of Art. Themed “Andy Warhol Factory,” the landmark exhibit was co-organized between the Andy Warhol Museum, and the Leeum, showing over 200 pieces of the American pop artist’s artwork.
Most recently, Mr. Kim has been brought in by Hines Ward’s management team to assist Mr. Ward and his team with business in Seoul, South Korea. Mr. Kim is presently a member of Hines Ward’s Asia management team and he accompanied the team and Mr. Ward to Korea in February 2008 for the presidential inauguration in the Republic of Korea.
