Jessica L. Dempe is a 2007 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology. Jessica’s passion for immigration began in college, through her study of foreign languages and cultures, and through international travel. She has visited over 20 countries and has worked and studied in Austria, Germany, Ireland, and Tanzania.

Jessica studied law at Duquesne University and was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2013. During law school, she gained experience in immigration and international law through internships with Jewish Family and Community Services in Pittsburgh, PA and Osborne Clarke in Cologne, Germany. Following law school, Jessica practiced in various legal fields, working for several firms and corporations in the Pittsburgh area, while also volunteering as an ESL tutor and mentor with Jewish Family and Community Services. She began practicing immigration law in January 2018 and gained experience in removal defense as an associate attorney with JBM Legal, LLC, and in business immigration as an associate attorney with Seth Law Associates.

Jessica joined Goldstein & Associates as an associate attorney in October 2019. She specializes in adjustment of status and family-based petitions, as well as representing clients before the immigration court.
