Mark A. Goldstein focuses his practice on representing individuals and businesses in all aspects of immigration matters. He has practiced extensively before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly the Immigration and Naturalization Service), State Department, Department of Labor, Board of Immigration Appeals, and various Federal Courts. Mr. Goldstein has authored numerous publications on immigration, exporting, and international trade, and he frequently gives lectures on immigration matters. He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal as an international business strategist. Mr. Goldstein has also traveled extensively throughout Asia and Latin America on behalf of clients.
